In my March class, we will make a luggage tag and two masculine cards. (Truth be told, one of the cards could actually be for either gender.)
Below are a few of the many luggage tag combinations. Attendees will be able to choose the background, the saying, etc. I bought self-laminating tags for us to use in class. The back has a card for you to complete with your contact info. We'll also do some stamping on the back.
The tag above uses the stamp and papers from the new Sent with Love stamp set and Designer Series Paper (DSP).
Above: DSP (Designer Series Paper) is Sycamore Street, the paper that is a free choice with a $50 order. I used the Ciao, Baby stamp set both above and below.
The airplane below is punched from the Sent with Love DSP.
Once again, I punched the saying below from the Sent with Love DSP. The background paper is from the Sycamore Street DSP that is a free choice for placing a $50 order during Sale-a-bration. You have to hurry, though, because the Sale-a-bration free-products offer ends March 22.
Okay, that's just a few of the possibilities for making luggage tags. We'll also make two cards. The masculine card below is from the Feeling Sentimental stamp set, another free stamp set you can get when you place a $50 order. I love, love, love this stamp set. The envelope is peeking out on the left side. I distressed the oval and the banner.
I started stamping the backs of my envelopes. I put part of the design on the front and then wrap it around the back. Below is a picture of the back of the envelope:
So, that's a look at what we'll be doing in class on March 11.
On another note, my dear friend, Earlene Fowler, has her new book out. It's wonderful -- as all her books are. This one is called The Road to Cardinal Valley. If you're looking for a good book to read, you may want to check out her books. Visit her website at www.earlenefowler.com for more information on her books.
Thanks for stopping by.
