Yesterday I went to Pennie's house. Pennie is my "upline" (the demonstrator who recruited me). She showed me a few different techniques and made the cards below. It was a fun afternoon. Thanks, Pennie.
Pennie showed me how to use the Stampin' Up brayer to make this green card. It is a new technique for me to try.
The last card I'm posting from my afternoon with Pennie is the one pictured above. It's a great way to use a busy patterned paper. I love how it turned out and wish it was the one I had in the blog hop. If you haven't checked out the blog hop, go to my Blog Hop tab and be sure to visit the blogs and enter to win a prize.
That's all I have for you today. Hope you enjoyed my show and tell.
Tina
We did have some fun didn't we? I love stamping on the fly - reminds me a bit of the the cooking show "Chopped". Pick some ingredients and make something fun (and almost tasty LOL!)
ReplyDeleteLove them! What is a brayer? Are you going to come help me make my Christmas cards in July?
ReplyDeleteA brayer is a hand roller used to spread ink. It is an interesting technique.
